Description and Features of the SITE/ASSET
E' una delle fortificazioni più importanti della città di cagliari, situata nel quartiere castello.. Il nome deriva dal primo viceré piemontese, Filippo-Guglielmo Pallavicini, barone di Saint Remy. Alla fine del XIX secolo venne monumentalmente trasformato in una scalinata, sormontata dall'arco di Trionfo, che dà accesso ad una passeggiata coperta e ad una grande terrazza panoramica.
